God was there - Shannon

Wow – giving to those in need – amazing.

So yesterday I was driving to cub and the entrance I usually use was closed due to construction. I had to do a u-turn and saw a man with a sign asking for $ or food by the entrance to the highway (we had just talked about these people at our last GroupLife meeting). I looked in my cup holder and there was a cereal bar – single, wrapped and not expired! I opened my window, looked him in the eye and asked him if he was hungry.  He reached out his hand and said “God bless you maam.”

God was there.  Amen.
