UPCOMING EVENTS:

Longfellow Churches Youth Lock-in!!! April 15-16th (7pm-7am) Sign up now! This event is open to middle school and high school youth. It will be a night full of entertainment- including a concert by local hip-hop artist Agape! There will be food, games and tournaments (Mike will dominate the Wii!), and not much sleep. It will take place at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (27th and 31st St). Any questions, ask Mike. Below is the official permission slip with more info.
July 31st - August 5th, 2011- High School Summer Mission/Adventure Trip with Camp Amnicon on Lake Superior. We'll be exploring the Apostle Islands and beautiful Lake Superior on a 34-ft canoe! We're all in the same boat- literally. (see attachment: sign up). Youth participating on the trip may wish to send this GiveMN link out to friends and family to raise money for the trip: Donate.

JW High School GroupLife is coming to a house near you...maybe even your house! JW youth know that life is better in community, so we gather as a community. High school Group Life meets a few times a month to "just be" with each other. We usually meet in one of the houses of our youth and their families. These are times for fun, for conversation, laughter, snacking, prayer, a time to share doubts and anxieties, a time to learn about the Christian faith, and a time for growing together as community. Meeting dates/times/locations are available on the JW Youth Facebook Page, weekly Constant Contact e-mail, and the Sunday Morning Papers at Field/Longfellow. Hope you can join us!
